About the role
- Accountable for the overall management of the HOST campus whilst on duty.
- Manage any given situation that may arise in a calm and professional manner.
- Ensure all operations are running smoothly, maximising revenue opportunities, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Be highly visible to guests and team members, remaining fully contactable at all times.
- Proactively engage with guests, enquire about their stay, and handle complaints professionally.
- Be fully conversant in all HOST policies, procedures, and SOPs.
- Create and sustain a work environment aligned with the company vision, mission, and values.
Requirements
- Demonstrable success in a similar role or a transferable skill set
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Able to work on own initiative
- Strategic in their over-all approach to business and a confident decision maker
- Highly efficient with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Accountable for their decisions and follow ups
- Excellent communication skills adaptable to a wide range of audiences
- Meticulous record keeping skills
- Base level H&S training
- Evidence of right to work in the UK.
