About the role
- Leading the delivery of essential support services for a workforce of around 12,000
- Managing high-value contracts and ensuring strong commercial performance
- Ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, security and site-specific requirements
- Providing expert technical input into planning and operations
- Supporting and developing Construction Support Delivery Leads
- Building collaborative relationships with internal teams and contractors
- Monitoring performance against KPIs, SLAs and safety measures
- Producing accurate monthly reporting and forward planning
- Identifying and resolving risks or issues to maintain delivery confidence
Requirements
- Strong senior-level management experience within construction, industrial plant or high-hazard industries
- A proven track record in large project environments
- Experience managing high-value contracts and complex service delivery
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams
- Confidence in making informed decisions in fast-moving situations
- Degree-level education or relevant equivalent experience
- Desirable IOSH or equivalent safety accreditation
