About the role
- Support resellers to acquire new hotels across independent hotels, groups, chains and collections
- Manage a small number of high-growth partners to deliver new property growth
- Identify, prospect and nurture new partner opportunities across North America to deal closure
- Own commercial discussions, deliver value and negotiate contractual terms with partners
- Manage and optimise a portfolio of technology partners to unlock group-wide growth
- Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders to create growth strategies and ensure SiteMinder is preferred partner
- Set strategic account expectations aligned with commercial commitments and meet KPIs and goals
- Travel regularly within the region for shows and in-person meetings (quarterly)
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales capacity, driving revenue growth and hitting KPIs
- Extensive experience in a strategic commercial role, ideally in hospitality and/or SaaS
- Understanding of the hotel industry, specifically PMS & CRS or distribution space
- Ability to create, maintain and enhance partner relationships; negotiate and sell
- Proven track record establishing, growing and managing partnerships/key accounts/channel sales portfolios within hospitality/technology
- Skilled at negotiating and influencing to maximize reseller growth potential
- Persistence and drive to succeed
- Commitment to global reseller team goals, objectives and SLAs
- Willingness to travel regularly within the region (quarterly)
