About the role

  • Develop, maintain, and deliver scalable partner enablement programs, including both self-service and instructor-led content.
  • Lead onboarding and readiness for new partners across Siteimprove’s ecosystem, including Digital Agencies, Solution Partners, and Technology Partners.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to ensure partner enablement materials are aligned with product capabilities and roadmap.
  • Track and measure partner engagement across enablement initiatives such as certifications, platform usage, and advanced specializations.
  • Act as a point of escalation for partner-related support or process issues, working closely with Customer Support and internal teams.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the Siteimprove platform and roadmap and communicate relevant updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Share partner feedback, best practices, and platform insights to influence the ongoing evolution of the partner experience.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Professional Services to drive consistency in how we support and grow with our partners.
  • Manage program and referral partners, including certification and tiering frameworks, self-serve enablement materials, partner training programs, and referral partner onboarding and engagement.
  • Streamline referral processes by enabling frictionless referral submissions and payout workflows and supporting Sales by guiding in-deal influencers through Siteimprove incentives and available partner resources.

Requirements

  • 5 years of SaaS experience, with at least 4 years in partner enablement, partner programs, customer success, technical pre-sales, or a related role.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including comfort leading group training or enablement sessions.
  • Strong planning, organization, and project management capabilities.
  • Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
  • Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
  • A self-starter mindset and a passion for enabling others to succeed.
  • Travel as needed
