About the role
- Conduct outbound prospecting via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Research and map prospects across target industries.
- Qualify inbound leads and book discovery meetings.
- Support the proposal and credential process, including feasibility and pricing inputs.
- Maintain accurate CRM records using tools such as Salesforce or Outreach.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and Savanta’s solutions and capabilities.
- Partner with Marketing on lead generation campaigns and feedback loops.
- Prepare and update sales and marketing support materials.
- Support content creation and client engagement initiatives.
- Capture and document customer interactions, meeting outcomes, and account updates in CRM.
- Support account planning and lead generation activity.
- Assist with sales documentation including credentials, case studies, proposals, pitch decks, costing, and contracts.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership on cross‑functional projects.
Requirements
- A minimum of one years’ experience in a B2B sales or lead generation roles.
- Passion for building a career in sales, commercial strategy, or client development.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Confidence communicating via email, phone, and virtual meetings.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and sales technology.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high‑quality output.
- Ability to effectively prioritize stakeholder and internal requests simultaneously.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite with ability to quickly grasp commercial software.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, or similar CRM tools.
- Experience working in a fast‑paced or high‑performance team environment.
- Interest in or understanding of the breath of market research techniques.
