Requirements
- Several years’ experience in the Consumer or Financial Services sector within a research agency environment
- Quantitative research methodologies and/or consulting within an agency setting
- Leading international market research programs (e.g. brand trackers, advertising evaluations, conjoint, etc.)
- Managing client accounts, deliver projects end-to-end, and contribute to business development
- Creating and developing storytelling reports and presentations in PowerPoint
- Strategic and analytical thinking, capable of distilling complex findings into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
- Conducting briefs and workshops for C-level executives
- Driving efficiency, quality and productivity while managing time and resources effectively and consistently meeting strict deadlines
- Managing and motivating a team, including mentoring, inspiring best practices, and fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment
