About the role
- Lead day-to-day management of multiple projects and client relationships
- Oversee project planning, fieldwork, analysis, and reporting
- Deliver insightful presentations and actionable recommendations to clients
- Support the senior team in developing growth strategies and identifying new business opportunities
- Mentor and develop junior staff and deliver training on market research and technical skills
- Champion the adoption of new techniques, automation, and AI
Requirements
- Several years’ experience in the Media and/or Tech sector within a research agency environment
- Experience in qualitative research methodologies and/or consulting within an agency setting
- Leading international market research programs
- Managing client accounts and delivering projects end-to-end
- Creating and developing storytelling reports and presentations in PowerPoint
- Strategic and analytical thinking
- Conducting briefs and workshops for C-level executives
- Managing and motivating a team
- A tech-first mindset
