About the role
- Provide technical support for Atlassian products including Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket
- Troubleshoot issues, administer configurations, and optimize workflows
- Assist internal teams to ensure effective collaboration using Atlassian tools
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule and occasional weekend work as needed
- Enhance internal user experience and promote continuous improvement of tooling and processes
- Ensure teams utilize the full potential of Atlassian products efficiently
Requirements
- Experience with support for Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket)
- Strong understanding of software development and Agile methodologies
- Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Groovy, Python) is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, fluency in English is required
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- A proactive approach to problem-solving
- Team player with a focus on collaboration and user satisfaction
- Prior experience in technical support or system administration is preferred
