About the role
- Analyze client needs and design tailored Atlassian solutions that enhance project management, collaboration, and software development processes.
- Implement and configure Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.) according to best practices and organizational standards.
- Conduct architecture reviews and process assessments to identify areas for optimization and efficiency gains.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate Atlassian tools with existing systems and workflows.
- Provide engaging training and ongoing support to ensure effective tool adoption and usage by client teams.
- Assist in pre-sales activities, including product demos and solution proposals.
- Stay current with Atlassian ecosystem updates, new plugins, and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
- Great English proficiency (B2+ Written and spoken)
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as an Atlassian Consultant or in a related role.
- Impeccable punctuality (schedules are flexible but being in time for meetings is crucial)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management principles.
- Proven experience integrating Atlassian tools with third-party applications and internal systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
