About the role

  • Be the strategic HR lead for the UK region, partnering with leaders while aligning with global HR frameworks and initiatives.
  • Partner with UK leadership to deliver commercially focused people strategies that support business performance and growth.
  • Shape workforce planning and organisational design to ensure the business has the right structure, capability, and talent.
  • Embed global HR frameworks while applying pragmatic, regionally relevant solutions.
  • Advise leaders on organisational effectiveness, leadership capability, and team performance.
  • Use workforce data and commercial insights to inform decisions and improve productivity.
  • Support leaders to set clear expectations, manage performance effectively, and build accountable teams.
  • Identify capability gaps and strengthen succession pipelines and leadership development.
  • Contribute to initiatives that attract, develop, and retain high-performing employees.
  • Provide commercially balanced guidance on complex employee relations matters.
  • Partner with leaders to deliver organisational change and transformation initiatives.
  • Own regional employee data, ensuring accurate reporting and meaningful insights for leadership.
  • Support the practical adoption of AI tools and technologies across HR and the wider business to improve efficiency and decision-making.

Requirements

  • 7+ years experience in HR or People Business Partnering roles, ideally in a fast-paced SaaS or tech environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to connect people strategy to business performance
  • Confidence influencing and challenging leaders constructively
  • Hands-on experience driving initiatives like merges, acquisitions, and organizational transformations.
  • Proven experience coaching and influencing managers at all levels, including executives.
  • Strong analytical mindset – confident using people data to tell stories and inform decisions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to adapt across cultures and time zones.
  • Self-starter, comfortable working autonomously while being a team player in a global setting.
  • Strong judgment when managing complex employee relations matters.
  • The ability to work collaboratively within a global HR team while supporting local leadership.
  • Workday experience (highly desirable)
