• Assist future customers through the process of selecting the right system, products and services best suited for their lifestyle needs.
• Identify key insights to customers needs and provide recommendations to help secure their home, family, pets, etc.
• Follow SimpliSafe’s sales methodology to ensure the highest level of respect, trust, and loyalty with our future customers.
• Perform customer follow-up activities including quotes, information requests, etc.
• Properly collect and input customer information for proper customer identification.
• Make recommendations of special promotions and affiliated partner’s products and services.

• Own the end-to-end pricing/promotions testing roadmap — prioritize the backlog, design tests, set stakeholder expectations, analyze test results and drive rollout decisions
• Set the promotional strategy, calendar and prioritization; partner with your direct report on execution
• Develop new promotional structures and ideas grounded in performance data and competitive intelligence
• Synthesize competitor analysis to inform our positioning and calendar
• Own stakeholder communication on promotions and test expectations across the business
• Partner with finance and analytics teams to understand how promotional strategy impacts business performance, and make data-driven adjustments to achieve goals
• Partner with acquisition team to identify opportunities to personalize promotions across channels in order to improve media performance
• Be a leader in the adoption of AI-driven approaches for personalized promotions, leveraging models to optimize conversion rate and promotional spend efficiency
• Build and own discount budgeting capability — track, model, and communicate promotional spend and ROI
• Use financial modeling to recommend promotional changes and evaluate their conversion and margin impact
• Manage and develop one direct report, coaching them on analytical skills, business acumen, and stakeholder communication

• You'll be our AI-native systems leader for Ecommerce platforms, owning the technical strategy, governance, and day-to-day operations of the platform portfolio that powers experimentation, personalization, and site operations.
• As the team's systems architect, you'll design resilient event and identity models, integration patterns, and production data flows that scale while enabling rapid, safe experimentation. You'll lead a small platform team, set the roadmap, and partner across Growth, Engineering, Strategic Delivery, Analytics, Acquisition, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
• You’ll prototype and operationalize AI workflows and agentic automations that make the entire team faster and more efficient. You'll also own platform governance, runbooks, SLAs, and vendor relationships.
