About the role
- Drive product awareness and utilization
- Achieve and exceed overall sales initiatives
- Develop effective relationships and partner with physicians
- Work with staff, internal colleagues, and other pertinent parties within a defined territory
- Engage physicians and targeted healthcare professionals to deliver clinically relevant information
- Utilize knowledge of the market and reimbursement landscape to prioritize opportunities
- Employ effective direct selling techniques and market strategies
- Maintain an active presence in the Dermatology community
- Represent the company in a professional, ethical, and compliant manner
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of proven sales experience in quota-driven role
- Preference for experience in dermatological, medical device, or specialty pharmaceutical sales
- Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university required
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Demonstration of sustained, high performance in current position
- Strong aptitude for learning
- High sense of urgency regarding customer service orientation
- Ability to travel as required by the specific territory
