Account Manager

• Du kannst die Weiterentwicklung unserer B2B eProcurement Plattform mitgestalten, wobei Du entweder mit anderen an Projekten arbeitest oder eigene Konzepte erstellst.
• Du arbeitest bei uns aktiv mit AI-Tools (Claude) zur Vorbereitung von Meetings, aber auch zur Prozessautomation oder zum Erstellen von Tools, die unseren Lieferanten den Alltag erleichtern.
• Du übernimmst Verantwortung für die Pflege von Beziehungen mit Lieferanten in verschiedenen Phasen und betreust sie strukturiert.
• Egal ob neuer Partner im Onboarding oder langjähriger Geschäftspartner im strategischen Ausbau.
• Du hilfst ihnen bei der Optimierung von Prozessen, der Erreichung strategischer Ziele sowie bei der operativen Umsetzung.
• Eine hohe Partnerzufriedenheit sowie die Umsetzung unserer strategischen Zielstellungen sind ein wesentlicher Bestandteil Deiner Arbeit.

• You analyze customer needs and work with the team to find the right solution.
• You work closely with the sales team and ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
• You maintain our CRM to help drive greater customer adoption and achieve sustainable success.

• You cover the full spectrum: from targeted account development conversations to new customer meetings and providing technical support for urgent issues.
• You contribute to strategic customer expansion campaigns.

• You keep your finger on the pulse of our customers and collect their feedback as a basis for further development of our software.
