About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You work closely with our (existing) customers every day.
  • You cover the full spectrum: from targeted account development conversations to new customer meetings and providing technical support for urgent issues.
  • You contribute to strategic customer expansion campaigns.
  • You create and deliver (digital) trainings to best equip our customers with information on digitizing their procurement.
  • You keep your finger on the pulse of our customers and collect their feedback as a basis for further development of our software.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You have successfully completed commercial vocational training or a degree.
  • You have up to 5 years of professional experience.
  • You enjoy working with customers: from problem solving to consulting.
  • You like finding solutions for customers and delve deeply into technical topics to do so.
