About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You respond to inquiries, present our solutions on equal footing, and lay the foundation for sustainable partnerships.
  • You handle incoming inquiries and advise prospective new customers competently and in a personable manner.
  • You present our eProcurement platform and demonstrate real added value for our customers' procurement processes.
  • You analyze customer needs and work with the team to find the right solution.
  • You work closely with the sales team and ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
  • You maintain our CRM to help drive greater customer adoption and achieve sustainable success.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed commercial/business education or an equivalent qualification.
  • Some experience in sales or customer service—ideally in a digital environment.
  • Strong communication skills, enthusiasm for digital solutions, and a hands-on mentality.
  • Confident user of MS Office and a strong interest in IT and digital platforms.
  • Very good German skills and good English skills, both written and spoken.
