About the role
- Act as main liaison between P&C, IT and Solutions & Technology
- Translate P&C needs into Workday requirements
- Align stakeholders on scope, risks and feasibility
- Serve as primary POC for Workday-related requests
- Lead Workday design, configuration and continuous improvements
- Drive enhancements across Core HCM, Compensation, Performance, Reporting
- Troubleshoot issues and coordinate fixes with IT and partners
- Ensure alignment with global P&C processes and governance
- Lead initiatives to improve efficiency, scalability and compliance
- Manage timelines, risks and stakeholder expectations
- Support change management and adoption
- Own and prioritize the Workday enhancements roadmap
- Role‑model operational excellence and quality
- Mentor team members on Workday, processes and project practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR, Business, IT, Operations or similar (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in HRIS, Workday, Operational Excellence or HR transformation
- Hands-on Workday implementation, configuration or continuous improvement experience
- Strong understanding of HR processes, service delivery and global HR operations
- Solid project management across multiple workstreams
- Experience in cross‑functional, global environments
- Familiarity with Agile, Lean, Six Sigma or similar methods.
