About the role

  • Function as a technical expert across the customer lifecycle
  • Post-sales implementation and integrations (80%)
  • Selective involvement in pre-sales activities (20%)
  • Ensure seamless deployment, integration with OEM security tools
  • Successful adoption of Simbian’s AI SOC platform across enterprise and MSSP environments
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact post-sales
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to integrations, deployments, and workflows
  • Collaborate with internal teams and OEM partners to ensure smooth implementations and issue resolution
  • Drive product adoption and value realization post deployment
  • Partner with sales team to provide technical expertise during the sales cycle

Requirements

  • 4-8 years in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Implementation, or similar roles within cybersecurity
  • Strong hands-on experience in implementations and integrations (not just demos/pre-sales)
  • Proven experience working with cybersecurity OEM products and ecosystems
  • Strong understanding of SOC workflows and security technologies (SIEM, EDR, XDR, SOAR, IAM, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with APIs, REST integrations, webhooks, and automation workflows
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in complex enterprise environments
  • Ability to work with enterprise security teams and technical stakeholders
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related technical field is preferred.
