About the role
- Conduct initial psychosocial assessments
- Provide therapy for grief, life transitions, anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns for adults 21+ and older adults
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation (SOAP notes) and diagnoses
- Deliver sessions in a preferred mix of in-home, community-based, and teletherapy formats
- Set and adjust your own hours to meet client needs
- Participate in case consultations and receive supervision from Clinical Director
- Use HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform and EHR provided by employer
- Coordinate with billing and credentialing teams for claims and client billing questions
Requirements
- Must be fully licensed in North Carolina (LCMHC, LMFT, LCSW, or PsyD) NO Associates!
- Must be bilingual (Spanish/English preferred)
- Experience with teletherapy is a plus
- You must have a reliable computer or tablet
- NPI# and CAQH profile required (assistance with setup available)
- Contractor status (employment type listed as Contractor)
