About the role
- Provide outpatient psychotherapy services to children, adolescents, and/or adults
- Offer services in-person at clinics and via telemedicine (hybrid schedule)
- Maintain clinical documentation using EMR system
- Participate in weekly case consultations and peer consultation groups
- Provide or receive clinical supervision (for eligible providers)
- Focus on clinical work while support staff manage credentialing, insurance authorizations, and billing/collections
- Engage in APA-approved continuing education and professional development opportunities
Requirements
- Providers MUST be licensed as an LCSW, LICSW, LMHC or LMFT in Massachusetts
- Ability to provide telehealth (work from a home office) and work a hybrid schedule
- Able to work outpatient weekday schedules
- Authorization to work in the United States (implied by city/state-specific listing)
