About the role
- Conduct initial psychosocial assessments.
- Provide therapy for grief, life transitions, depression, anxiety, and other mental health concerns.
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation (SOAP notes).
- Deliver 15–20 billable sessions per week (hybrid in-home and remote).
- Coordinate with billing team while focusing on clinical care; billing team handles claims and insurance follow-up.
- Use company EHR and HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform (Doxy.me).
- Collaborate with front office coordinator, Clinical Director, and interdisciplinary team for referrals, case consultation, and supervision.
- Set and manage flexible schedule once minimum caseload is met.
- Participate in credentialing and payer enrollment processes as needed.
- Engage in peer support and collaborative team culture.
Requirements
- Licensed therapist (LCMHC, LMFT, PsyD, or LCSW) licensed in the state of North Carolina.
- NPI number and CAQH profile (we’ll assist with setup if needed).
- Reliable laptop, desktop, or tablet.
- Teletherapy experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to deliver 15–20 billable sessions per week.
