About the role
- Initial psychosocial assessments.
- Counsel patients through grief, loss, life changes, depression, anxiety, stress, and other mental health concerns.
- Provide updated clinical notes.
- Progress notes after each session (SOAP Notes).
- Maintain caseload (aim to meet 15 to 20 sessions per week minimum).
- Provide hybrid in-home, community, and teletherapy sessions.
- Collaborate with billing, credentialing, front office, and Clinical Director; participate in case consultations and supervision.
Requirements
- Be fully licensed in North Carolina (LCMHC, LMFT, PsyD, LCSW).
- No Associates! (No associate-level licenses accepted).
- Must be Licensed in North Carolina.
- Must have your own reliable laptop, desktop computer, or tablet.
- An NPI# and CAQH profile will be required if hired and employer will assist as needed.
- Experience providing Teletherapy is desired but not required.
