About the role
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for Identity Observability modules
- Define and refine the vision and roadmap for one or more modules in the Identity Observability portfolio
- Run customer discovery, interviews, and usability tests to validate problems and measure success
- Engage directly with large enterprise customers to validate assumptions, collect feedback, and iterate on different solutions
- Collaborate cross-functionally, from discovery through launch, with Product, R&D, Security, Design, Sales, and GTM to drive feature execution
- Work with sales, marketing, and customer-facing teams to craft demos, proof-of-value metrics, and value messaging
- Make outcome-driven decisions on feature scope, quality thresholds, and release trade-offs aligned with business impact goals
- Lead a high-impact product in a brand-new market category, working closely with engineering, security teams, and enterprise customers
Requirements
- 3+ years of Product Management experience - a must
- Experience with B2B SaaS platforms - a must
- A proven background in cybersecurity/identity - a must
- Agentic/LLM-powered AI systems are a plus
- Ability to design and ship products with strong customer empathy, using user research, interviews, and feedback loops to shape MVPs
- Confident speaking with management and customers in English, including translating technical subtleties into risk-aware value narratives
- Thrives in fast-paced, collaborative teams; demonstrates a growth mindset, curiosity, and values candid debate over consensus
- Become an expert in all product aspects, user flows, features, infrastructure, and strategic market positioning
