About the role
- Create and execute digital marketing campaigns across email, organic social, paid social, search, display, and other digital channels—while supporting the development of new initiatives.
- Develop and deliver targeted customer journeys across lifecycle stages, international markets, platform propositions, and new feature launches.
- Support SEO, PPC, social media, and broader performance marketing efforts to drive traffic and conversion.
- Manage marketing automation and CRM tools, overseeing lead nurturing workflows and audience segmentation.
- Build and optimise email marketing programmes using A/B testing and CRO techniques to nurture leads, engage customers, and reactivate inactive audiences—ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels.
- Champion database health by analysing email performance, reporting on key metrics, and providing clear insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with BU marketing teams to align email journeys with demand generation, sales, and ABM strategies.
- Work cross-functionally to identify, evaluate, and prioritise new growth opportunities.
- Partner with content, sales, and product teams to produce on-brand digital assets and compelling narrative content.
- Deliver full-funnel performance reporting and present strategies, insights, and plans to internal stakeholders.
- Work with the digital marketing team to manage regional paid media budgets, website updates, and blog content creation.
- Collaborate with product marketing and content teams to develop regional website pages and digital experiences.
- Act as Silverfin’s social media lead, coordinating a global always-on calendar and elevating organic social into a key demand generation channel.
- Enhance Silverfin’s digital footprint on major software review platforms, ensuring profiles, reviews, and product information drive strong referral traffic.
- Monitor digital trends and competitor activity, analysing campaign performance and delivering actionable insights to continually improve ROI and maintain a competitive edge.
- Support forecasting and reporting processes, developing a deep understanding of business drivers and how to leverage them for growth.
- Stay current with the latest digital marketing, analytics, and martech innovations to continuously improve channel effectiveness.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field is preferred.
- Proficiency and hands-on expertise in marketing tools, such as HubSpot, Salesforce, WordPress, Monday.com, Google Analytics, Canva, and Wistia.
- Solid understanding of social media marketing, PPC, SEO, email marketing, and analytics.
- Client-side experience in managing high performing digital acquisition channels.
- Experience managing campaigns and channels in a highly regulated environment/industry - preferably within financial / accounting / SaaS services.
- Experience in UKI and international markets
