About the role
- Prepare and coordinate offer letters, employment agreements, and onboarding documentation for new hires
- Support new hire onboarding, including paperwork collection, orientation scheduling, and system setup coordination
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases within Rippling (HRIS) and internal systems
- Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communications, and recruiting logistics through Pinpoint (ATS)
- Assist with benefits administration paperwork and employee support inquiries
- Help manage HR documentation, compliance files, and personnel records
- Maintain internal People Operations workflows and tracking systems in Monday.com and SharePoint
- Coordinate internal meetings, interviews, and team calendars for the People Operations department
- Assist with employee communications, HR announcements, and document distribution
- Order and coordinate team lunches, office supplies, and basic office support needs
- Support general administrative tasks for the Chief People Officer and People Operations team
- Ensure data accuracy, organization, and operational consistency across HR systems and records
Requirements
- Exceptionally detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy, organization, and documentation quality
- Highly organized; able to keep files, records, and databases clean, structured, and consistently updated
- Strong administrative discipline with the ability to track tasks, follow up on loose ends, and maintain operational order
- Excellent at managing paperwork, forms, onboarding packets, and HR documentation with precision
- Comfortable maintaining and auditing employee records, recruiting data, and HR systems for completeness and accuracy
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple administrative tasks and deadlines
- Professional written and verbal communication skills when coordinating with candidates, employees, and leadership
