About the role
- Support Silk Commerce and OverCast Digital with executive support and people operations
- Manage the Company’s Academy program, including recruiting and onboarding
- Lead the 3-month academy-style training program
- Develop training curricula covering relevant topics
- Track performance evaluations for program participants
- Ensure alignment of academy outcomes with company hiring needs
- Lead recruiting coordination, candidate screening, and onboarding
- Maintain accurate employee records and enforce HR policies
- Provide executive support, calendar management, and internal communications
- Plan and execute internal events and manage office operations
Requirements
- 5+ years in HR, People Operations, Talent Development, or Training
- Experience building or running structured training, internship, or academy-style programs
- Strong recruiting, candidate evaluation, and organizational skills
- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution
- High emotional intelligence and strong communication skills
- Experience in fast-paced, growth-stage environments
- Familiarity with BambooHR or similar HR systems preferred
