About the role

  • Responsible for the operations of employee management and other tasks as an HR generalist
  • Be the 1st hire in the HR department and expected to be capable of building a team in 1-2 years
  • Managing offer letter and onboarding/off-boarding of hires
  • Ensure SoC2 compliance and bring tools for background verification
  • Ship perks, swags, laptops, and coordinate vendors
  • Plan team meetups, events, and workations
  • Monitor employee health insurance and engage with vendor as needed

  • Keep a check on the health insurance of employees and engage with the vendor as needed
  • Ship and collect laptops. Engage with a vendor
  • 3-8 yrs of experience in series A+ funded companies
  • Excellent in verbal and written communication in English
  • Ability to independently execute without needing follow-ups. Ownership mindset
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures
