• Oversee a community and CM's assigned to that community
• Coordinate all aspects of the new home construction from start to finish
• Manage the construction of multiple homes in an assigned subdivision from permit to closing
• Schedule job site subcontractors and homebuyer walk-throughs
• Ensure work performed meets quality standards and adheres to company guidelines and specifications
• Drive team performance and permeate team culture with influencing team dynamics

Lead Construction Manager

• Assisting Construction Managers with the construction of homes in a specified community and/or area
• Assisting in managing and collaborating with trade contractors and suppliers
• Adhering to production schedules, contractor schedules and cost control policies and procedures
• Ensuring compliance with company safety requirements, policies, procedures, and processes
• Completing all warranty requests for current homeowners in a timely fashion
• Ensuring job site cleanliness and assisting in completion of model/inventory maintenance
• Maintaining open and effective communication with the home office and customers
