- Coordinate all aspects of the new home construction from start to finish
- Manage the construction of multiple homes in an assigned subdivision from permit to closing
- Schedule job site subcontractors and homebuyer walk-throughs
- Ensure work performed meets quality standards and adheres to company guidelines and specifications
- Drive team performance and permeate team culture with influencing team dynamics
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 3 years new home building experience preferred
- Natural born leader of both people and process
- Strong sense of urgency
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and the desire to work in a team environment
