About the role

  • Enable data-driven decision-making across Integrated Talent Team
  • Transform HR data into actionable insights for Integrated Talent team, HR Business Partners, and key stakeholders
  • Focus on building analytical assets—including reports, visualizations, dashboards, and predictive models
  • Identify and integrate valuable HR data sources, automating collection processes
  • Connect to multiple systems (Workday, vendor platforms, external sources) to consolidate data
  • Analyze large datasets across Talent, Learning, and Skills domains to identify trends and patterns
  • Translate complex data findings into clear recommendations for HR leadership
  • Build or enhance predictive models to forecast talent trends
  • Design and maintain HR dashboards and reports using Power BI and Workday Analytics

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of proven experience as an HR Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role
  • Demonstrated experience creating and presenting HR dashboards (Excel, Power BI, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience extracting and mining data from HRMS platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, DarwinBox, Zoho People, Visier, or equivalent systems)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI and dashboard creation
  • Strong mathematical aptitude and statistical reasoning skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with demonstrated critical thinking
  • Ability to identify patterns, trends, and root causes from complex datasets
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation abilities with experience communicating insights to senior leaders
  • Active listening skills with ability to understand stakeholder needs and translate them into analytical solutions
  • Collaborative approach with ability to work cross-functionally
  • Familiarity with Workday HCM and its reporting capabilities (Preferred)
  • Basic understanding of AI applications in HR (Generative AI, Agentic AI) (Preferred)
  • Knowledge of machine learning and predictive analytics methods (Preferred)
  • Experience with programming languages (Python, R) or SQL (Preferred)
