Account Executive

• Manage and close inbound leads, moving prospects through a 0-45 day sales cycle.
• Conduct discovery calls with solutions demos, understanding customer needs and positioning our solution as the best fit.
• Drive urgency and close deals efficiently, handling objections and ensuring a seamless buying experience for SMB decision-makers.
• Maintain a high deal volume, effectively managing a fast-moving pipeline and accurately track in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce).
• Achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Answering calls and enquiries.
• Qualify and book consultations into Mid-Market or Enterprise calendars as appropriate.
• Attend exhibitions as required.
• Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams, providing feedback to improve lead quality and ensure a smooth post-sale experience.
• Follow up with prospects who have engaged with Sign In Solutions through trials, solution demos, or other inbound inquiries.
• Send personalized emails and make brief phone calls to encourage prospects to purchase.
• Ensure the timely and efficient transition of closed deals to the onboarding team for quick implementation.
• Work closely with the manager to share insights, strategies, and feedback on sales performance.
• Provide regular reports on pipeline status, conversion rates, and other key metrics.

Onboarding Specialist

• Support customer migrations from the acquired platform to our core platform, following defined playbooks and processes
• Assist with customer onboarding post-migration, ensuring users are set up correctly and confident using the platform
• Facilitate customer-facing product knowledge sessions to drive adoption, scale the onboarding process, and ensure success with the product
• Respond to basic support questions via chat, phone, email, or ticketing system, escalating more complex issues as needed
• Troubleshoot common issues and help customers navigate workflows and features
• Partner with Customer Success, Support, and Implementation teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Help document common questions, edge cases, and feedback to improve onboarding and migration processes
• Contribute to internal documentation, FAQs, and customer-facing guides as you learn the platform
