About the role
- Help define the sales motion as a founding member of the team
- Prospecting and lead generation: identify and target potential customers through research, networking, and cold calling
- Lead qualification via discovery calls to ensure alignment and increase engagement
- Craft and deliver tailored sales presentations to enterprise customers
- Manage relationships and serve as primary point of contact until hand-off to Enterprise AEs
- Collaborate closely with Sales team and Account Executives to align strategies, campaigns, and ensure seamless transitions of qualified leads
Requirements
- 3-6 years experience in a customer-facing sales role identifying and closing Mid-Market and ENT accounts
- Experience managing a $250k+ annual quota and running end-to-end complex deals
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical mindset; ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions
- Proven track record in prospecting and lead generation (research, networking, cold calling)
- Experience building rapport with internal sales teams and external partners
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment; adaptability and resilience
- Willingness/ability to work from Atlanta, GA (open to relocation)
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (application asks work authorization and visa sponsorship status)
- Preferred: Familiarity with the AI landscape and experience building GTM strategies or early-stage sales motions
