About the role
- Assist in the development and execution of change management plans and strategies
- Support communication efforts by creating and delivering effective change-related messages to various stakeholders
- Identify potential risks associated with change initiatives and develop contingency plans to address them
- Monitor and track the progress of change initiatives, ensuring milestones are met
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of changes and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support change activities and ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Provide training and support to employees to facilitate the adoption of new processes and systems
- Maintain detailed documentation of change management processes and activities
- Regularly update stakeholders on the status of change initiatives
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in change management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field
- 0-2 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or a related field
- Relevant experience can be considered as a substitute for the required educational qualifications
- In the absence of a degree, a minimum of 4 years of related experience is required
- Proficiency in change management methodologies and tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects
- Ability to obtain and maintain United States Secret Security Clearance
