About the role

  • Assist in the development and execution of change management plans and strategies
  • Support communication efforts by creating and delivering effective change-related messages to various stakeholders
  • Identify potential risks associated with change initiatives and develop contingency plans to address them
  • Monitor and track the progress of change initiatives, ensuring milestones are met
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of changes and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support change activities and ensure alignment with organizational goals
  • Provide training and support to employees to facilitate the adoption of new processes and systems
  • Maintain detailed documentation of change management processes and activities
  • Regularly update stakeholders on the status of change initiatives
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in change management

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field
  • 0-2 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or a related field
  • Relevant experience can be considered as a substitute for the required educational qualifications
  • In the absence of a degree, a minimum of 4 years of related experience is required
  • Proficiency in change management methodologies and tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects
  • Ability to obtain and maintain United States Secret Security Clearance
