About the role
- Identify problems as they occur and provide action plans for highly complex problems and incidents for the modality of CT
- Provide product support either remotely or on-site (Internationally at times - Canada and Latin America)
- Dispatch notifications to CSE's with quality action plan
- Share expert advice, training, and technical assistance to support staff and train lower-level employees
- Drive individual KPIs to meet the needs of the customer/business
- Proactively provide updates on assigned tasks as planned
- Independently identify issues or problems, perform research, and develop corrective action and present to TST 4 and/or management
Requirements
- Associates Degree or 2 years of vocational technical training required.
- More than 5 years’ experience working on Siemens CT systems and ability to demonstrate extensive knowledge in the product line of CT
- Proficient skills in typing and Outlook, Excel, Word, and other job critical applications
- Good communication skills
- SAP knowledge preferred
- Valid passport is required
- Bilingual preferred to include Portuguese or Spanish.
