About the role

  • Assisting our customers in developing best practice clinical operations.
  • Technical responsibilities may include evaluation of business processes, recommending process changes, process documentation, problem identification, database and system configuration.
  • Work as the clinical resource of the Varian project implementation team.
  • Drive detailed requirements gathering sessions through on-site and remote analysis and customer interviews.
  • Develop and help drive customer-specific user adoption strategies and best practices.
  • Provide onsite support during system Go-Live and immediate post-Go-Live periods.

Requirements

  • BS/BA in related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in clinical operations driving strategic and business planning, financial and operational performance.
  • RT, RTT or CMD with a history of at least 3 years of direct patient care experience, Management and aptitude of standardized guidelines preferred.
  • 5+ years combined experience with Oncology setting and Healthcare Technology vendor(s).
  • Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills with a proven track record of collaborative and consensus-building.
  • Must meet all Vendor Credentialing requirements necessary to gain VMS client site access, unless prohibited by law.
