- Lead the Syva, IMMULITE, and Plasma Proteins portfolio across the U.S. and Canada
- Guide a team of Marketing and Product Managers
- Shape commercial execution and drive growth for solutions
- Manage full portfolio life-cycle and coordinate with global teams
- Develop pricing, segmentation, promotions, and sales enablement strategies
- Analyze market trends and implement growth initiatives
- Present executive-level customer presentations
- Work on cross-functional strategic projects
Requirements
- 8+ years of marketing or commercial experience in specialty diagnostics
- 4+ years of direct leadership experience
- Proven expertise with Syva, IMMULITE, or Plasma Proteins markets
- Strong understanding of laboratory operations, Chemistry, and Immunoassay testing
- Experience with CRM, funnel analytics, and market insights tools
- Bachelor’s degree in medical sciences, business, or marketing
- Ability to travel up to 25%
