About the role
- drive the financial controlling of the NAM DX Customer Service functions
- manage the monthly and quarterly closing activities
- analyze the NAM DX service performance, identify key trends and provide actionable insights to finance and operational stakeholders
- coordinate and integrate financial planning, reporting and analysis within the service finance team
- prepare executive level financial reports and presentations and assist in coordinating operating model, business reviews and annual budgeting process
- ensure integrity and accuracy of financial reporting and identify operational and financial risks
Requirements
- several years of relevant experience in financial analysis and operational controlling
- self-starter capable of bringing projects to successful conclusion with minimal supervision
- strong analytical and financial skills
- good understanding of financial planning processes and KPIs
- thrive working in a team setting and have excellent abilities to coordinate and collaborate
- very good user skills in MS Office 365
- good knowledge of financial planning and analysis tools, including Jedox, SAP and other financial reporting systems
- willing to undertake travel activities of approximately 10%
