Requirements
5-8 years of leadership experience in healthcare sales, with a proven track record in commercial roles.
Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) required.
Deep understanding of laboratory diagnostics and capital sales processes.
Proven ability in strategic thinking and implementation.
Strong ability to build relationships and earn trust from executive stakeholders.
Excellent process orientation, organizational skills, and time management.
Demonstrated success in previous leadership positions with high performance.
In-depth knowledge of the IDN market, healthcare consolidation, and the strategic value of SHS.
