About the role
- Consult with customers alongside Sales Managers, Key Account Managers, and Site Planning teams
- Review orders for discrepancies and ensure alignment with implementation requirements
- Clarify customer prerequisites, RFPs, and project expectations
- Participate in solution-driven negotiations with customers
- Coordinate overall project planning and resource allocation
- Oversee timelines, budgets, and revenue forecasting to ensure goals are met
- Create and manage detailed project plans, monitor milestones, and initiate corrective actions to minimize non-conformance costs
- Conduct onsite and remote project meetings to review progress and resolve issues
- Maintain continuous communication with customers, contractors, and internal teams
- Liaise with customer Project Managers, General Contractors, and internal Software PMs
- Coordinate commissioning activities onsite with Site Engineering Management
- Ensure adherence to PM standards and Business Conduct Guidelines
- Apply general knowledge of construction and electrical codes and government radiation regulations
- Manage and coordinate all temporarily assigned project staff
- Lead multiple concurrent projects with a focus on leadership, accountability, and execution
Requirements
- 8+ years of related experience
- Proven project management experience, ideally in installations or implementations
- Construction management experience, especially in healthcare settings, is a strong plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong customer service acumen
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Visio, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with construction drawings
- General understanding of IT infrastructure and hospital operations
