About the role
- Function as a representative of the Clinical Surveillance & Training team on studies or programs
- Manage all aspects of license procurement and scale translation requirements
- Manage creation of CST service-related documentation
- Develop and maintain study-specific CST plan in accordance with SOPs
- Create and maintain CST metric reports for scoped services
- Participate in Sponsor, internal or agency audits and inspections
- Responsible for management of CST scope and invoice management
- Train and mentor internal team members
Requirements
- Working under limited guidance and mentorship
- Function as representative of Clinical Surveillance & Training team
- Manage CST deliverables pertaining to scoped services vendors
- Manage all aspects of license procurement
- Manage creation of CST service-related documentation
- Ensure quality and timely delivery of CST services
- Develop and maintain study-specific CST plans
- Provide regular status updates to internal and Sponsor project teams
- Create and maintain CST metric reports
