About the role
- Be the primary point of contact overseeing engagements delivered by Ping or Ping Partners.
- Build relationships with customers, partners, and team members
- Manage a portfolio of projects that support external customers
- Manage outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, risks, escalations, and dependencies
- Flourish in a collaborative environment, demonstrating teamwork and excellence
- Provide proactive written/verbal status updates to customer, partners, and leadership on key project metrics
- Maintain forecasting for projects, support invoicing and resourcing efforts for the Professional Services team
Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience in consulting and technology implementation
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work-related level of experience.
- PMP Certification
- Can independently deliver results & embrace a process-driven environment
- Exceptional skills around communications and delivery, both verbal and written
- Willing to travel up to 20% (depending on projects)
