About the role
- Lead global operations across all Conversion Services departments, driving student conversion, service quality, and operational efficiency.
- Build strong strategic partnerships with universities, acting as the senior point of contact for performance and service delivery.
- Champion innovation, working with Technology and Data teams to deploy automation, AI, and intelligent workflows that enhance the student experience.
- Inspire and develop global teams, creating a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Define and deliver KPIs that demonstrate measurable impact for our partners.
Requirements
- Extensive experience leading large-scale, multi-site operational teams - ideally within higher education or a student recruitment environment.
- Proven track record in delivering operational transformation, service quality improvement, and automation initiatives.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills at senior levels.
- A deep understanding of the home and international student lifecycle and key conversion drivers.
- A strategic, data-driven mindset balanced with strong people leadership and innovation capability.
