Requirements

  • Extensive experience leading large-scale, multi-site operational teams - ideally within higher education or a student recruitment environment.
  • Proven track record in delivering operational transformation, service quality improvement, and automation initiatives.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills at senior levels.
  • A deep understanding of the home and international student lifecycle and key conversion drivers.
  • A strategic, data-driven mindset balanced with strong people leadership and innovation capability.
