About the role
- Develops and administers staffing & recruiting programs
- Develops innovative, creative, and proactive recruitment strategies
- Leverages various resources to source qualified candidates
- Responsible for pre-screening resumes, conducting phone and in person/virtual interviews
- Manage candidate relationships
- Works with agencies to recruit for temporary or contract openings
- Fosters a pipeline for key or frequently available positions
- Develops, supports, and maintains college recruitment and intern & graduate trainee program
- Participates in recruitment and selection projects
- Maintains ongoing awareness of the Company’s business and customer groups
Requirements
- Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of recruiting best practices
- Proven ability to identify, establish, and access candidate sources to successfully fill career opportunities within established metrics
- Computer literacy required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred
- Solid knowledge of federal and state laws regarding employment practices
- Clear and concise verbal and written communications
- Excellent interpersonal skills necessary to deal with sensitive and confidential issues by telephone, in writing, and face-to-face contacts with the public and Associates
- Strong project management and organizational skills
