About the role

  • Setting up and configuring talent profiles to include competencies, skills, career pathways, and job history within the worker profile
  • Establishing business-aligned goals, conducting performance appraisals, and managing the performance review process
  • Utilizing Workday tools for ongoing feedback, coaching, and development planning to support continuous improvement
  • Identifying high-potential employees, creating succession plans, and building talent pools to support strategic workforce planning
  • Using Workday analytics to gain insights into workforce capabilities, identify talent gaps, and understand workforce sentiment
  • Leading the design, configuration, and delivery of Workday Talent & Performance modules
  • Collaborating with client teams to gather requirements and translating them into functional Workday solutions
  • Overseeing testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution during system implementations to ensure client expectations and best practices are met
  • Keeping current on Workday updates, enhancements, and best practices related to Talent & Performance Management

Requirements

  • 5+ years supporting talent management; or any combination of education and/or experience which would provide an equivalent background
  • 3+ years of Workday Talent Management experience
  • BA/BS in Human Resources, Organization Development, or a related field
  • Preferred: SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR
