About the role
- Serve as the primary liaison between regional leadership and CQI functional teams.
- Monitor and analyze key quality indicators to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant service documentation.
- Define and track measurable outcomes based on evidence-based practices; develop improvement plans when standards are not met.
- Lead process improvement initiatives using tools like project charters, discovery sessions, and redesign strategies.
- Develop and implement quality improvement systems with meaningful metrics that reflect improved functioning and quality of life.
- Provide timely feedback and actionable recommendations to leadership based on performance data.
- Conduct quarterly reviews with program leadership to assess trends in client, employee, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Risk Management to analyze incident data and communicate trends to leadership.
- Facilitate quarterly Quality Improvement Meetings with local leadership and CQI teams.
- Support leadership in implementing corrective actions from CQI, compliance, or operational reviews.
- Assist in audit preparation, site reviews, and accreditation processes.
- Promote Trauma-Informed Care through policy, environment, and documentation improvements.
- Evaluate service delivery sites/platforms for adherence to quality standards and initiate corrective actions as needed.
- Recommend policy and procedure updates to senior leadership.
- Facilitate change management to ensure consistency across service lines.
- Partner with Compliance and Billing to conduct quarterly file reviews and follow up on deficiencies.
- Contribute to the development of training and educational materials for direct service providers.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Executive Vice Presidents.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in healthcare compliance, HIM, quality management, risk, clinical/counseling, or related fields.
- Bachelor’s degree required; coursework in computer applications and business practices preferred.
- Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Quality & Safety, Business, Counseling/Social Work, or related field preferred.
- Certification or experience in quality and project management (Lean Six Sigma, PMP, etc.) and familiarity with CARF standards preferred.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in data analysis and common office software.
- Excellent communication skills across diverse teams.
- Understanding of social determinants of health and their impact on client wellbeing.
- Knowledge of Brightli system operations and program regulations.
- Ability to lead, evaluate, and coordinate services effectively.
