Accounts Payable

• Manage the full accounts payable cycle from receipt of invoices to payment, including coding invoices, obtaining approval, and entering the invoices into the accounting system.
• Prepare daily deposits and batch check runs.
• Ensure all accounts payable policies and procedures are adhered to, including vendor approval and invoice processing.
• Perform reconciliation of vendor statements to ensure accurate payment.
• Maintain vendor files for documentation and audit purposes.
• Correspond with vendors regarding payment questions, terms, account set-up, etc.
• Serve as subject matter expert in Workday for all accounts payable processes.
• Assist team with gathering support for all audits, including pulling documentation.
• Assist in ad hoc projects as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
