• Lead the development and management of wholesale forecasts and OTB to deliver on financial targets.
• Partner with Sales and Finance to align topline revenue goals with inventory investments and delivery timelines.
• Translate insights into actionable strategies across core replenishment and seasonal assortments.
• Build forecasting logic and tools to support more automated, accurate decision-making.
• Serve as the primary planning partner for Wholesale Sales, Merchandising, and Operations teams.
• Drive bi-weekly S&OP discussions, connecting forecast, capacity, and buy plans into a single, cohesive view.
• Monitor inventory by partner, category, and delivery window to identify risk and opportunity.
• Recommend proactive actions (reorder, reflow, or markdown) to optimize sell-through and margin.
