About the role
- Improve browsing and discovery: shape home screen, rewards, and redirects for smoother user experience.
- Reward as a Platform, product polish, and funnel optimisation on both web and app.
- Maintain and contribute to ShopBack design system and design operations.
- Research user insights using appropriate methods to identify problems and solutions.
- Craft elegant user interfaces and reusable patterns.
- Design for diverse users across 11-13 markets, creating scalable, cross-market solutions.
- Use data and user feedback to drive design decisions and experiments.
- Champion user needs and propose experience improvements.
- Define product roadmap priorities in collaboration with product teams.
- Collaborate daily with product managers, engineers, data and research experts, marketing, and business leaders.
Requirements
- Proven product and experience designer with a track record of designing outstanding digital products and experiences.
- Ideally 4-6 years of experience in digital product design (minimum 4 years).
- Strong foundations in both UI and UX design; portfolio showcasing work with explanations of design choices (portfolio must have).
- Effective communicator: able to talk to users, collaborate with stakeholders, and liaise with engineers.
- Proactive and thrives in fast-paced environments.
- Genuine interest in e-commerce.
- Resume and portfolio required.
