About the role
- Assessing current and projected labor capacity across fulfillment centers to optimize for cost and SLA performance.
- Maintain and update staff planning models for all facilities.
- Build and maintain labor planning tools and dashboards using Excel, SQL, and PowerBI.
- Run analytical simulations and reconcile data across multiple systems to validate labor models.
- Collaborate with operations stakeholders, process managers, and implementation teams to align labor plans with merchant needs.
- Support peak season planning and strategic expansion initiatives.
- Develop centralized reporting solutions for accurate data publication and Informed planning.
- Additional duties and responsibilities as necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, Industrial engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in labor or capacity planning within warehousing or fulfillment environments.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and experience with SQL; familiarity with PowerBI and Python preferred.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
