About the role

  • Assessing current and projected labor capacity across fulfillment centers to optimize for cost and SLA performance.
  • Maintain and update staff planning models for all facilities.
  • Build and maintain labor planning tools and dashboards using Excel, SQL, and PowerBI.
  • Run analytical simulations and reconcile data across multiple systems to validate labor models.
  • Collaborate with operations stakeholders, process managers, and implementation teams to align labor plans with merchant needs.
  • Support peak season planning and strategic expansion initiatives.
  • Develop centralized reporting solutions for accurate data publication and Informed planning.
  • Additional duties and responsibilities as necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, Industrial engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in labor or capacity planning within warehousing or fulfillment environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and experience with SQL; familiarity with PowerBI and Python preferred.
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
