Vice President

• Based in New York City (HQ) with typically 3+ days per week in the office.
• Own relationships with key enterprise customers and drive expansion of those accounts
• Engage with executive and senior level management at enterprise customers and build trusted partner relationships
• Design and execute routinized processes for managing largest customers with 100s of stakeholders across multiple business units
• Be the customer advocate within Shiftsmart and work with Operations and Product/Engineering to ensure contractual SLAs are met
• Identify opportunities to expand offerings within existing customers and develop compelling sell in cases with key decision makers
• Work with customers to tailor Shiftsmart’s solution to their labor model and build and deliver on a mutual success plan

Vice President, Revenue

Operations

• Own the marketplace targets for launch deals to ensure high-quality fulfillment for customers
• Execute scaled tactics such as onboarding campaigns, marketplace analytics, and bonuses/incentives to deliver 100% fill rate on newly launched deals
• Use tools like Google Sheets, SQL, and additional resources to gather and analyze data to develop insights and inform decisions
• Monitor and triage in-shift issues, taking action where possible and escalating when required
• Responsible for ensuring delivery of high-quality fulfillment for specific regions across customers
• Work in early stages of deal launch to prove quality and execution
