About the role

  • Based in New York City (HQ) with typically 3+ days per week in the office.
  • Own relationships with key enterprise customers and drive expansion of those accounts
  • Engage with executive and senior level management at enterprise customers and build trusted partner relationships
  • Design and execute routinized processes for managing largest customers with 100s of stakeholders across multiple business units
  • Be the customer advocate within Shiftsmart and work with Operations and Product/Engineering to ensure contractual SLAs are met
  • Identify opportunities to expand offerings within existing customers and develop compelling sell in cases with key decision makers
  • Work with customers to tailor Shiftsmart’s solution to their labor model and build and deliver on a mutual success plan

Requirements

  • 10+ years experience in a highly consultative role at the senior executive level (e.g. management consulting)
  • Ideally experience as an operator / executor
  • Extensive work with clients and customers in the retail and CPG space
  • Ability to engage with executive and senior level management at enterprise customers
  • Experience designing and executing routinized processes for managing large customers
  • Ability to work closely with Operations and Product/Engineering to deliver contractual SLAs
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Rapport building and strong relationship skills
