💰 $250,000 - $300,000 per year
About the role
- Based in New York City (HQ) with typically 3+ days per week in the office.
- Own relationships with key enterprise customers and drive expansion of those accounts
- Engage with executive and senior level management at enterprise customers and build trusted partner relationships
- Design and execute routinized processes for managing largest customers with 100s of stakeholders across multiple business units
- Be the customer advocate within Shiftsmart and work with Operations and Product/Engineering to ensure contractual SLAs are met
- Identify opportunities to expand offerings within existing customers and develop compelling sell in cases with key decision makers
- Work with customers to tailor Shiftsmart’s solution to their labor model and build and deliver on a mutual success plan
Requirements
- 10+ years experience in a highly consultative role at the senior executive level (e.g. management consulting)
- Ideally experience as an operator / executor
- Extensive work with clients and customers in the retail and CPG space
- Ability to engage with executive and senior level management at enterprise customers
- Experience designing and executing routinized processes for managing large customers
- Ability to work closely with Operations and Product/Engineering to deliver contractual SLAs
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Rapport building and strong relationship skills
